What I find most interesting about this is actually the main male character, Aonishi. In this oneshot, he's a celebrity who regularly holds gang-bangs at his house and a photographer attempts to catch him in the act, only to be forced to join in. Yeah okay, but now for the interesting part: In Triage X, Miki Tsurugi is a fan of a "celebrity who was arrested on obscenity charges" who happens to be named Aonishi. Coincidence? I'd say no.
